Violence Rise Once More: Kulgam Action supports a Week's Next Critical Face-Off

A rebel was killed during a counter-insurgency operation in the Kulgam sector in a spike in activity in the Kashmir Valley, marking the next key encounter in security forces and militants in a matter of one week.
